The Avani Process

AVANI Water's special seven stage process produces the oxygen enriched water. The final product is the supercharged oxygenated bottled water that promotes good-health, gives AVANI the special 'smooth' taste, and appeals to the health-conscious community of atheles, marathon runners, etc.

The AVANI oxygen enrichment process for bottled water provides the consumer with water that simulates natural unpolluted rain water. Natural rain water is purified by the evaporation cycle and is then oxygen enriched by electrical forces in the cloud structures. The exclusive oxygen enrichment process is modeled after this natural process with oxygen as the only added ingredient. It results in water with an oxygen content greater oxygen content than normal tap water.

Dissolved oxygen in water is important for maintaining improved HEALTH and improved water TASTE. Many recent studies including reported findings by Dr. Charles H. Farr, M.S.; Ph. D; M.D.; for example, demonstrate this. Through the AVANI exclusive CONDITIONING and OXYGENATION processes, oxygen is released on a controlled basis. This results in consistently purer dissolved oxygen levels in the water and a long shelf life. This in turn provides the consumer with the dissolved oxygen levels important to many aspects of a healthy functioning body. The improved taste of the AVANI water leads to increased consumption of water. This increased water consumption is, of course, by itself an important health benefit. Think of the greater health benefit you will have with the super oxygen enriched AVANI water!

The process begins with water being made pure by a process of filtration, reverse osmosis, ozonation and KDF. The purified water, which contains less than 2 ppm of total dissolved solids, is then passed through the AVANI exclusive process which simulates the conditions of unpolluted water. The AVANI oxygen enriched water maintains levels of dissolved oxygen greater than that of potable water.

*Our Seven Step Process:*
1	Sediment Filtration - Removes dirt, sludge, and undissolved solids down to 2 micron in particle size.
2	Ozonation - Bacteria and viruses are killed and solids coagulated following the injection of ozone (O3).
3	Carbon Filtration - Removes pesticides, herbicides, chlorine, and other organic chemicals which can cause carcinogens (THMs).
4	Reverse Osmosis - Removes all sodium and 98% of all dissolved solids. The water is rigorously checked to ensure that the dissolved solids never exceed two parts per million.
5	Special AVANI Process - Stage One - The atmospheric simulation of natural rainwater occurs when water is passed through this magnetic process. During this preconditioning ozone and ozone lattices allows oxygen potential to multiply at an astonishing rate in a process which is unique and exclusive to AVANI.
6	Special AVANI Process - Stage Two - With the water having reached the stage of dissociation, a special vacuum vortex spiral tube infusion takes place with oxygen being bonded between the stretched and separated water molecules. The infused oxygen then becomes 'locked-in' and stabilized.
7	Bottling and Capping - The bottling and capping take place in an AVANI state-of-the-art 'clean room'. In this vacuum protected, sealed, and automated 'clean room' constructed of 3/4" plate glass with a 'wet tackifier' and a germicidal air filtration system of 0.3 micron is used together with ultra-violet light to preclude any possibility of airborne of other contamination before entering the clean room. Sterilized Lexon (PET) bottles are used for 18.9 litre (5 gallons), 1.5 litre, and 0.5 litre capacity.
